My Story

Jason Graham is a writer, podcaster, leadership graduate, and former pastor with a passion for honest conversations about faith, Christian leadership, church culture, accountability, and the difficult questions people are sometimes afraid—or discouraged—to ask.

He is the founder of The Rooted Life, a platform focused on helping people navigate faith, leadership, culture, and everyday life with greater wisdom and discernment. He is also the host of the Rooted and Real Podcast, where he explores biblical truth alongside the realities and complexities of life, faith, and the Church.

At the heart of Jason's work is a deep passion for being a voice for the voiceless, particularly those who have been hurt, victimized, or traumatized by unhealthy church cultures and leadership. He believes their stories deserve to be heard and that meaningful accountability begins when we are willing to ask difficult questions rather than silence them.

With a background in pastoral ministry and Christian leadership, Jason believes healthy faith should never be afraid of honest questions, transparency, or accountability. His goal isn't simply to tell people what to think, but to help people learn how to think with biblical wisdom and genuine discernment—recognizing the difference between following Christ and simply following personalities, institutions, traditions, or religious systems.

Ultimately, Jason's passion is to help people develop real wisdom and discernment that reaches beyond the walls of the church and into everyday life, while creating space for honest conversations that can bring truth, accountability, healing, and growth.
